Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, the purchase of our products, and the booking of our services.
By purchasing a product, booking a treatment, enrolling in a course, or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Legal Entity

The Sanctuary Holistic and Meditation Studio is a trading name of Nami Naturale Ltd, registered in Ireland.
We also trade under the brand Nami Naturale Skincare, Joy's Daughters and  Gra Agu Solas Botanicals  for the manufacture and sale of natural skincare products.
Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", "our", and "the Studio" refer to Nami Naturale Ltd.

2. Scope of Services & Products

We provide:

  • Professional holistic and beauty treatments

  • Online and in-person workshops and training

  • Digital content and educational resources

  • Natural skincare products manufactured in-house by a Certified Cosmetic Formulator in compliance with EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009

3. Product Safety & Compliance

  • All skincare products are manufactured in compliance with EU cosmetic regulations and undergo appropriate stability testing, challenge testing, and safety assessment (CPSR) where required.

  • Ingredients are clearly listed on product labels in accordance with INCI (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients). Where space on the product label is limited, a summary of key ingredients is provided.   • Customers are advised to review the full ingredient list before purchase or use and to carry out a patch test at least 24 hours prior to first use.

  • Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

  • Natural ingredients can still cause allergic reactions; we are not responsible for adverse reactions where customers have not followed these guidelines. 

  • Products are manufactured in a hygienic environment following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

  • Products are for external use only unless otherwise stated.

4. Product Usage & Allergy Disclaimer

While every effort is made to ensure the safety of our products:

  • Natural ingredients can still cause allergic reactions or sensitivities in some individuals.

  • Customers are advised to perform a patch test 24 hours before first use.

  • Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

  • Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

  • We are not responsible for adverse reactions that are beyond our control, particularly where the customer has not followed usage instructions or disclosed relevant allergies.

5. Limitation of Liability for Products

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

  • Our maximum liability in respect of any product claim will not exceed the purchase price of that product.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

6. Health & Safety Disclosure for Treatments

For your safety and ours, you must disclose all relevant health conditions before receiving treatment. This includes (but is not limited to) pregnancy, recent surgery, skin conditions, heart issues, or recent cosmetic procedures.
We reserve the right to refuse or adapt treatment where health concerns are present.
Failure to disclose relevant health information releases us from liability for any injury or adverse reaction arising from such omission.

7. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: No fee.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Charged €35 or 50% of the service price, whichever is higher.

  • Same-day cancellations: Charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

  • No-shows: Charged the full service price.
    If you arrive more than 5 minutes late without prior notice, we may shorten your appointment and the full fee will still apply.

8. Digital Goods & Courses

Under EU law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases unless you agree to waive it.
By purchasing a digital course or downloadable content from us, you expressly consent to immediate access and waive your right to the 14-day withdrawal period.
Therefore, no refunds are given once access is provided.

9. Liability & Safety Disclaimer for Services

While we take all reasonable precautions, you acknowledge that:

  • Treatments are not a substitute for medical care.

  • We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

  • Results vary and are not guaranteed.

  • Minor side effects such as muscle soreness, mild bruising, or temporary discomfort may occur.
    Your participation in treatments and courses is voluntary and at your own risk.
    Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Inappropriate Conduct

Our treatments are strictly professional. Any sexual, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session with full charges applying and may be reported to the authorities.

11. Loss or Damage to Personal Property

Please remove jewellery and keep personal items safe. We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings.

12. Intellectual Property

All course materials, treatment protocols, training manuals, product formulations, and website content remain the intellectual property of Nami Naturale Ltd.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or adapt these materials without our prior written consent.

13. Data Protection

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect only the personal data required to process your bookings, product orders, and payments.
You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of your data

  • Request corrections

  • Request deletion of your data
    We do not store credit card or bank details.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, pandemics, government restrictions, extreme weather, or other Force Majeure events.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available on our website. Continued use of our services or purchase of our products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
