Disclaimer and Client Agreement 

The Sanctuary Holistic and Meditation Studio is a trading name of Nami Naturale Ltd, registered in Ireland. We also trade under the brands: Nami Naturale Skincare, Joy's Daughters, Gra Agu Solas Botanicals for the manufacture and sale of natural skincare products. Throughout this Agreement, the terms "we", "us", "our", and "the Studio" refer to Nami Naturale Ltd.

1. Nature of Services

All services, communications, and content — whether delivered in person, via email, or through this website — are designed to support personal growth, relaxation, and self-awareness. They are educational and informational only and do not constitute medical advice. They should not be used for diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any disease, condition, or disorder. We make no express or implied guarantees of results.

2. Medical & Mental Health Disclaimer

  • Services provided by The Sanctuary Holistic and Meditation Studio are not a substitute for medical or mental health care, counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, psychiatric treatment, or substance abuse treatment.

  • If you are currently receiving care from a physician, psychotherapist, or other healthcare provider, you must consult them before modifying any treatment plan.

  • If you are experiencing psychological distress that impacts your ability to function, seek help from a qualified mental health professional.

3. Regulation Status

Breathwork Meditation, Energy Work, Coaching, Massage Therapy, and Bioenergy Healing are currently unregulated industries in Ireland.
By booking, you acknowledge and accept that these services are offered within this unregulated context.

4. Client Responsibility

By purchasing or participating in any service, you confirm that:

  • You are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after sessions.

  • You understand that services are not a replacement for professional medical or mental health care.

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

  • Any career or business guidance provided is not a guarantee of increased clients, income, or business success.

  • You will perform your own due diligence before making any personal, health, or business-related decisions.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain your confidentiality except where disclosure is required by law, including:

  • Suspected child, elder abuse, or neglect.

  • Threats of harm to yourself or others.

  • When ordered by a court of law.

You acknowledge that email, text, phone, video conferencing, and other electronic communications are not guaranteed secure, and you accept any confidentiality risks associated with their use.

6. Use of Technology

You understand that the use of technology (including but not limited to email, text, phone, Zoom, Skype, and other online platforms) may involve security risks.
By engaging with us through these means, you accept those risks.

7. Release of Liability

By booking or participating in services, you agree to:

  • Release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Sanctuary Holistic and Meditation Studio, its representatives, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or demands arising out of your participation in services.

  • Accept that no promises or guarantees of specific results have been made.

  • Acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in services and assume all related risks.

This release is binding on you, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

9. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
