WEEK 5 & 6 : Unblocking Emotions | Breaking Habits This journey will guide you to release of limiting beliefs and energies that no longer serve you, creating space and making way to the creation of a vibrant new reality – a life that resonates with your truest self, a life you truly want to live.
WEEK 7 & 8 : Grounding | An Introduction to Connecting to Body Energy Centers | Integration is the space where your body and mind and spirit adjust to the new energetic frequencies you have encountered during the Emotional and Transformation Process. Learn how to integrate and connect the experiences you have with the way you navigate your everyday life.
